Simon Fuller’s XIX has snagged BlueHaze to help form XIX Digital which will be “a dedicated digital resource that will focus on the growing area of talent-to-fan interaction in the online and mobile space.” BlueHaze has already built apps for Warner Music Group, Interscope Records, Island Def Jam, EMI, Madison Square Garden and Ticketmaster.
